China Gate, World Expo
Reina Irmer.
Entrance to the China Pavilion at the 1988 Brisbane World Expo. The wooden gate is crowned with traditional curved roofs and decorated with dragon and phoenix motifs. The words China Gate, above the central section, are in Kanji characters.
